• Optimized Ground Contact: The design ensures weight distribution, reducing pressure peaks that cause soil compaction, and preserving tread height for long-term traction. 

• Reinforced Engagement: NXT Farm Drive Guide Lug is precision engineered to fit OEM sprockets. This ensures a secure engagement, reducing wear and extending the life of both the track and machine. Optimized to reduce heat and scrubbing under high load and full-speed conditions, providing consistent performance in the most demanding operations.  

• Auto Centering Bias Technology: Improved alignment during operation, reducing heat in guide and drive lugs, minimizing wear, and extending the life of the track.

Testing

GTW did 200 hours of intensive endurance, load carrying, rock drive, and skidding on abrasive pavement while testing the new NXT Series against some top OEM track manufacturers. After 200 hours, the NXT track was able to continue testing, while the OEM track was close to failure, with many broken cables.
